Questions about included pieces

Read what the listing includes: a coordinated set and a separately sold top are not the same purchase. Styling pieces in a photograph are included only if the description lists them.

An item you wish to return

You have 30 days after delivery to submit a return or refund request. Receipt starts the period, rather than the date of purchase. This deadline concerns your request, not the arrival of a parcel you return.

Email contact@nacrestar.com first. Customer service will reply with the return instructions and address; the registered address is not a return address. There is no return processing fee. The Return and Refund Policy explains condition, postage and refunds.

Assistance after ordering

For an existing order, email contact@nacrestar.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send your full card number, security code or password.

We serve the United States market. Processing takes an estimated 2–5 business days, followed by 7–15 business days in transit after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for rates, delays and order changes.
